Biography
Holder of an engineer diploma of the Technology University of Compiegne and a master degree in microbiology, I started my career in 1985, in SFC/Diamalt, in charge of food additives development and sales and sourdoughs and active pharmaceutical ingredients business.
In 1991, I joined the company Quest International, a subsidiary of Unilever, as key account manager savoury flavours.
In 2000, I became manager of the Business Unit “bakery and nutrition” France for Quest International.
In 2004, I created and directed the sales entity “Kerry Bio-Science” in France for Kerry group, in charge of the sales and the marketing of additives for food industry.
